What happens after my first month of Attente Plus?
We'll remind you a week before it ends. Keep it for $9 a month or $90 a year, or let it lapse: your licence, your projects and the readers with your own key or a local model all keep working.
Can I have Attente Plus without Attente?
No. Attente Plus hosts the readers for a licensed copy of Attente, so it needs a licence first.
Do I need Attente Plus at all?
No. Every reader works with your own API key for a supported provider, or with a model on your own computer. Attente Plus is for writers who'd rather not set either up.
What if I need more readings?
Add readings whenever you like: 2,500 for $5 or 10,000 for $15. Extra readings are used only after the month's own, carry over from month to month, and never expire. Nothing is ever bought for you automatically.
What does one licence cover?
You, on every computer you write on, on macOS, Windows, Linux and the web. There's nothing extra to buy for a second machine.
What happens after 12 months of updates?
Your copy keeps working, and it's yours for ever. When a new version comes out after your updates end, you can upgrade for less than a new licence, or keep the one you have.
What does buying in beta mean?
Attente is complete enough to write a book in, and still changing. Your licence covers every beta, then 1.0, then 12 months of updates from the day 1.0 ships.
